Shipping policy


  • Your package will be dispatched on our next shipping day — Tuesday or Friday.
    We’ll share the tracking details within 3 days.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Monday or Thursday will move to the next available shipping day (i.e. Friday or Tuesday respectively).

    Please note that delays due to factors like weather or transit are beyond our control. Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-8 working days. 

     

  • In the event of incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by you, resulting in the parcel's return, there will be charges for return-to-origin (RTO) and re-shipping.
  •  We encourage you to track your orders promptly, and if any issues arise, please inform us within 24 hours so we can assist you accordingly.
